All levels no prior experience necessary - foundational reformer exercises adjusted to the skill level of participants

lab 201 Intermediate/Advanced - 50 minutes
Fast paced class for students who have done reformer Pilates for a long time or take private instruction and want additional time in the studio - instructor approval required - please contact us for a complimentary assessment if you are new to the studio
